Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities -

• Booking order of pipes on ERP Software.
• Customer follow-up on regular basis for Enquiry & Purchase Order.
• Coordinate with our project dept. for timely Project Execution.
• Regular follow-up Project Monitoring System (PMS).
• Arrange Kick of Meeting with Project Head, Project manager, Production Manager, Purchase Head, Service Dept. and Production Coordinator.
• Coordinate with Purchase Dept. for timely material purchasing.
• Coordinate with Production dept for timely production and dispatch of Panels.
• Coordinate with Account Dept. for Vendor Payment.
• Coordinate with Service Dept. regarding Installation and Commissioning of Panel.
• Daily reporting to our Director about any issue regarding running Projects.
• Daily reporting to our Project Head regarding pending or complete PMS activities.
• making Purchase order in ERP
• Internal departments coordination.
• coordination and follow ups with sales team
