Key skills for the job
Job Description :
- Strong development, troubleshooting and debugging skills in Python - experience of about 5-8 years
- Expert in file handling and data structure in Python.
- Hands on experience in Pandas module.
- Knowledge of multi-threading in Python.
- SnapLogic is a plus but someone who has experience as an Integration/Data Specialists. Other tools would be Informatica, Tibco, Talend or SAP.
- Apache Spark framework understanding is an added benefit.
- Good to have Unix fundamental knowledge and ability to work in vi editor, with hands on unix shell scripting.
- Understanding on ETL concepts
- Experience with debugging tools and analyzers

- Support mission critical, customer facing, front-end and back-end production SaaS/PaaS platform.
- Improving site/platform performance, monitoring, and overall stability of our SaaS platform.

- Interacting with the Engineering for supporting/maintaining infrastructure for product support.
- Participate in long-term strategies for scalability, stability and highly availability of platform.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of L3/ L4 production issues.
- Building documentation of operating procedures and provide knowledge transfer.

What will you do?
- Understand SLA/RLA etc. and has work under time constraints
- Should be responsible for running the production environment and dealing with L1, L2 support teams globally
- Get involved service improvements to help reduce production issues
- Showcase strong written/verbal communication
- Handle issues occurring across various layers of the product such as the UI, database, big data components, service layer, etc.
- Understand the cause of the issue, debug and dig to the root of the issue and fix it.
- Meeting expected SLAs on issues and interaction with L1/L2 support teams and engineering teams will be required.
- Think innovatively and come up with dashboards/tools that will make the support process easier and better.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or have equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of IT experience in Support and DevOps role.
- Expert in file handling and data structure in Python.
- Good to have Unix fundamental knowledge and ability to work in vi editor.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
