Java & Production Support Engineer (5-8 yrs)

MUST have Skills :

- Experience with GitHub, SourceGraph, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, or other tools.

- Experience with issue-tracking systems (eg ; Service now)

- Troubleshoot and Debug Code : Dive into technical challenges, debug code, and find solutions.

SHOULD have skills :

- Strong Java basics concepts and hands-on programming experience : Necessary for accurately estimating effort and analysing changes

- Familiarity with log analysis tools (eg : Splunk log)

- Understanding of database servers : Know your databases, including NoSQL, SQL.

- Collaborate and Communicate : Work with diverse teams and keep stakeholders informed during issue resolution.

- Incident Monitoring and Follow-up : Monitor and ensure the health of AOS by following up on incidents to closure.

- Training and Knowledge Sharing : Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and share insights through knowledge base articles

- Escalate Complex Issues : Seek guidance to resolve complex issues when necessary.

- On-Call and Perform Assigned Duties : Be available for weekend on-call rotation and occasional out-of-hours work, contributing to team success.
