Regional Strategic Sales Head
Purpose of the Role
The New Business Development team will work on holistic solutions to create and evolve "anoutcome-based approach" in Facility Management. The team will spearhead the company's growth into new geographies, segments, and product partnerships. It will identify, analyze, develop and implement product/process/systems-based business opportunities, leveraging technologies.If you are a problem solver, can think holistically both at a strategic and tactical level, enjoy working with people, understand technological leverage and creating and implementing solutions, then let's have a chat.
Work Location: Mumbai Metropolis
Experience: 6+ years of Business Development experience
Key Responsibilities Areas:
Responsible for Mumbai regional B2B Corporate Business Development through hunting and converting prospects to meet the growth agenda
Manage the sales funnel with required engagements to improve the conversion rate.
Expand the relationships with existing customers for organic growth
Play an integral part in generating new sales as an independent contributor reporting to the Director of Sales based at Bangalore Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using keyaccount metrics.
Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, contracts & finance to develop detailed commercial proposals using the costing tools and templates provided.
Acquire business intelligence on the market, players, operations, & services to support marketing, sales, technology, & operations.
Ensure the targets are met and enough prospecting is done for consistent corporate sales
Skills:
Education /Qualification
Bachelor's degree (Required) plus MBA in Sales and MarketingExperience in a manpower-driven industry like Facility management, security or Staffing companies are preferred for those who are into Institutional sales dealing with targeted customers like admin or HR heads alongside procurement or security heads Minimum experience in sales in a similar industry for six years must
