Performance Marketer - META Marketing
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
- Optimize online marketing campaigns by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing performance-driven strategies to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in the skincare industry.
- Utilize tracking and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to spearhead new strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, landing pages, and conversion funnels that drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role within the skincare, beauty, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, channels, and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficient in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze data and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics.
