Role outline

We are looking for a UiPath Engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA best practices, experience in process automation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation initiatives.

This role involves analyzing business processes, creating automated workflows, and ensuring scalability and efficiency in automation solutions. It will also involve managing and optimizing existing UiPath Bots.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Develop efficient and scalable workflows that adhere to RPA best practices and security guidelines.
• Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and optimization of automation scripts.
• Maintain and update existing UiPath automation scripts to improve performance and adaptability.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with other enterprise applications and databases as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed bots to ensure seamless operation.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation on automation workflows, architecture, and changes.
• Stay updated on the latest UiPath updates, industry trends, and best practices to enhance automation capabilities.
• Work closely with Technology, Operations, and other business teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and automation strategy.

  Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing automation solutions using UiPath.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
• Experience with workflow design, process mapping, and automation logic.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and scripting languages (Python)  is a plus.
• Understanding of RPA best practices, governance, and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer Advanced) is preferred.
