About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UiPath RPA Developer with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite and possess excellent communication skills. As a UiPath RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior RPA Developer to join our innovative team in Noida. With 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience, you will work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and UiPath to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. Your role will focus on enhancing business processes and improving operational efficiency through effective RPA strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Create and implement RPA solutions using Power Platforms and UiPath.
• Use UiPath Test Suite to ensure the reliability and robustness of automation scripts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all automation projects.

Process Analysis:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities.
• Analyze business processes to design tailored automation solutions.
• Participate in process assessments and recommend improvements.

Implementation and Support:

• Deploy RPA bots to production environments and monitor their performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Mentor and train junior RPA developers as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
• Seek and implement opportunities to enhance and optimize existing automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and UiPath is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
• Strong understanding of automation concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
