We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to manage day-to-day financial processes, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bank Update:
    • Update bank transactions daily and maintain accurate records.
  • Consolidated Raw Bank File Update:
    • Update consolidated raw bank files on a daily basis.
  • Gateway Report Update:
    • Maintain and update daily gateway reports.
  • Non-Amex K-off Preparation:
    • Preparation of ANA Report.
  • FPI K-off Preparation:
    • Preparation of FPI K-off on a regular basis.
  • Amex Link K-off Preparation Posting:
    • Handle the preparation and posting of Amex Link K-off entries.
  • Cashfree K-off Preparation:
    • Responsible for the preparation of Cashfree K-off reports.
  • GST Report:
    • Preparation and submission of GST report.
  • Branch Report:
    • Generate and maintain daily or weekly branch reports as required.
  • Console Report:
    • Prepare and maintain console reports
    • Payment Transfer, Email Entry:
    • Process and record payment transfers, communicate via email, and ensure proper documentation.
    • Cashfree Payment Link:
    • Handle Cashfree payment links and ensure accuracy in the process.
    • Query Resolution:
    • Address and resolve finance-related queries efficiently.
    • Backup of EDF Submission:
    • Ensure timely backup of EDF (Electronic Document Filing) submission.
    Key Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with prior experience in managing bank updates, financial reports, and K-off preparations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Excellent time management skills.
