RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing automation solutions that streamline and optimize business processes across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RPA technologies, a strong understanding of process automation, and a keen eye for efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RPA solutions using any automation tool and framework.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop automation workflows and components to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automation workflows to ensure proper functionality and error-free performance.
• Implement robust logging, monitoring, and exception handling to ensure the reliability and stability of automation solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing automation processes to enhance performance and scalability.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable solutions that meet business needs and comply with standards.
• Provide documentation for developed solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Continuously evaluate new RPA tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance the automation capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA developer with hands-on experience in one or more automation tools
• Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java or C# VB.NET, or Python, and experience with APIs, databases, and web services.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA design principles, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines i.e., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus.

Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification) is a plus. – Good to have
