Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background with extensive experience working on the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the areas of ITSM, ITOM.This role requires technical expertise in customizing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM processes.

Location : Hyderabad

Key Skills : ITOM , AIOPs , ITSM , ITAM , CSM

Role : Senior ServiceNow Developer

Relevant Experience : 6+ Years.

Certifications : CAD ( Mandatory) , CTA  (Good to Have)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•       5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. 

•       Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules specifically ITSM, ITOM & AIops

•       Experience with scripting in ServiceNow

•       Familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes. 

•       ServiceNow Certified Implementation 

•       Prior experience in the telecom is highly preferred
