RPA - Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA developer specializing in UiPath to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance business efficiency. As a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience, you will lead the creation and optimization of workflows while ensuring scalable and stable automation.

Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and test Robotic Process Automation(RPA) workflows.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
• Lead the full lifecycle of RPA development: requirement gathering, process mapping, designing, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Create process and end-user documentation.
• Ensure adherence to the quality assurance standards, including performance testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with strong focus on UiPath.
• Proficient in designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath Studio.
• Apply the Robotic Enterprise(RE) Framework for structured automation processes.
• Strong experience in any of the programming languages such as C#, VB Script, Python.
• Verify and leverage appropriate UiPath components : Robots, Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with source code version control system(e.g., Git)
• Cable of designing technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
• Experience in developing and consuming APIs(REST, SOAP)
• UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Experience with SQL Databases.
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always needing direction.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical tasks and projects.
