Role Description:
The Regional Business Head for B2B will be responsible for driving the growth of B2B sales across the country. This leadership role involves developing and executing sales strategies that target businesses, including corporate clients, large enterprises. The goal is to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and lead a high-performance sales team. The candidate will be instrumental in forming strategic alliances, identifying business opportunities, and driving the overall B2B sales function.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a national B2B sales strategy aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Set clear, achievable sales targets and KPIs for regional sales teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth in the B2B sector.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and adjust strategies based on market trends and feedback.
- Business Development & Client Management:
- Identify potential business clients in the corporate and institutional sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring with high-value clients.
- Oversee key account management, ensuring top-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance national sales team.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to regional sales heads and teams to improve performance.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the sales department.
- Implement performance reviews and development plans to improve team effectiveness.
- Partnerships & Alliances:
- Establish strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, corporate leasing companies, and property consultants.
- Form alliances with key institutional buyers and partners to expand the company's footprint in the B2B space.
- Ensure strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales volume.
- Revenue & Profitability Management:
- Achieve national B2B sales revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor sales performance against financial targets and provide regular reporting to the executive team.
- Optimize pricing strategies and contract terms to maximize margins.
- Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Keep abreast of market conditions, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
- Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams based on market analysis.
- Leverage data to refine sales strategies and improve client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction post-sales.
Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of overall experience, Min 10 years in managing a large ticket (>50 Crores) enterprise portfolio with revenue generation goals. Demonstrated success in sales management and deal closures is essential. Experience in managing and expanding the share of wallet from a client portfolio is highly desirable. Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to handle teams and create roadmap to achieve AOP goals
- Business Acumen: Exceptional business acumen, including market knowledge, sales strategies, and a deep understanding of real estate trends in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively
present ideas and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
- Client-Centric Approach: A client-centric mindset with a focus on providing top-notch customer experiences and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Result-Oriented: A self-driven and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a dedication to achieving and surpassing targets.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges and providing creative solutions to address them, ensuring smooth business operations.
