Role: Chief of Staff (Business Management Consultant)

Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business heads and founders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges.

- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

- Develop detailed business plans, including financial modeling and forecasting.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

- Drive key projects and initiatives from conception through successful implementation.

- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to stakeholders.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

- Assist in change management and organizational development efforts.

- Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business management, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

- Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution is preferred.

- Experience in the healthcare or crowdfunding industry is a plus.
