Assistant Manager - Alternative Investment Funds/PMS Operations (3-7 yrs)

- We are hiring an experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager - AIF/PMS Operations.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, operations, and compliance, with a focus on Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise fund administrators/accountants with a strong command of accounting concepts.

- Manage all operational activities related to AIF and PMS efficiently.

- Prepare workings for management fees, distributor fees, performance fees, bank reconciliation, and DP reconciliation.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations for PMS and AIF.

- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for various operational tasks.

- Communicate effectively with clients and their consultants, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills.

- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- Adapt to the dynamic nature of accounts, compliance, and operations in the PMS/AIF domain while continuously learning and improving.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven work experience in accounts, compliance, or operations within the PMS/AIF field.

- Thorough understanding of accounting concepts and fund operations.

- Strong knowledge of SEBI compliance requirements for PMS and AIF.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
