- As a Tech Recruiter at Uplers, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for engineering roles, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
- You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, focusing on scaling teams for leading SaaS and product-based companies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier engineering talent.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Assess candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist the best-fit talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- End-to-End Hiring Process: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in SaaS, product, and internet companies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 3+ years in tech hiring, with at least 2+ years focused on SaaS/product/internet companies.
- Recruitment Agency Background: Strong expertise in agency-based hiring, specifically for SaaS and Internet clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering roles, SaaS ecosystems, and talent market dynamics.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
- Strong Communication: Ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Expertise in salary negotiations and offer management.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment automation tools, and data-driven hiring approaches.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
