Role & responsibilities

The Job description of this position include:

1) Must have experience in Business Development of CCTV, Access Control and Optoelectronics devices.

2) Responsible for Effective Leadership, Performance, Planning, Resource Management, and Business Generation in the national market.

3) Analyze the current requirements of our products as well as estimate the future requirements of our products for the next 2-3 years.

4) Preparation and deliverance of the companys presentation and product/solution presentations at the clients location (if required).

5) Manage the preparation of proposals with technical and commercial offers for budget approval. On approval of the same, the final specifications that should be put in the RFI are to be discussed and submitted to the customer, if required.

6) Attend technical bid opening and technical discussions for solution development at the clients location (if required).

7) Monitor acknowledgment/acceptance of Supply Order after receipt of original Supply Order (If required).

8) Establishing and implementing the delivery plans and strategies for successful delivery in accordance with customer expectations and planning of the Operations (Project Delivery) Team. 9) Experience with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, will be an added advantage. 10) Must be willing to travel across India for demonstrations and trial purposes at client locations.
