Sr. Bid Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handling complete processes of Proactive & Reactive Tenders (50:50),
• Must have experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal,
• Tender Document Preparation and processes both technical / Financial,
• Timely dispatch of tender per day / complete project execution
• Bid Management - Regular meeting with Vendors, Best price market surveys, technical compliances and execution, Correction / completeness of Documentation, and processes,
• Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid,
• Financial analysis after completion of each project,
• Daily tender tracks updates and management,
• GEM ownership of handling all processes of tendering and inclusions,
• Team handling experience,
• Making sure all Bids are invoiced correctly and follow-up, Collection under the allowed timelines to avoid any penalty, and Supporting account team with Tender related BG executions.

Any Other Requirement:

• He should have good Email and Microsoft Office skills,
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with good communication skills,
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills, personality, and passion to perform in Marketing and sales function.
