Job Description:
a) Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree ( 4 year), MBA Masters would be preferred
b) Work Experience:
Min. 2-3 years of previous experience in market research is needed. Maximum 10 years of experience
c) Key Responsibilities:
- Create collaboration with academic and research institutes to generate digital IPR for MSIL from sponsored research.
- To explore partnerships, projects with academia, research institutes, etc. which can help enhance company competitiveness & profitability
- Identify technologies which can be converted into business models / applications.
- Research product information across different categories to facilitate project, ideate new content types through brainstorming sessions with your peers, seniors, etc., Conduct market and competitor analysis across various segments
- Identification of the real needs and opportunities of research that would lead for call for research proposals
- Ability to collaborate with external agency partners to support the business in conducting consumer research from an end-to-end perspective.
- Present the findings to management in the form of MS Excel or PowerPoint Presentation, write various types of short form content
- Report and escalate relevant issues to management which could hamper timely completion of pre-decided research timeline and budget
- Foster projects based on real market demands with genuine business acceleration.
- To plan, design and implement consumer research studies as per agreed plans; help design a business solution by analyzing and incorporating data from various research studies
- Create an ecosystem with various user groups inside and outside the organization.
- Ensures clear communication and interpretation of actionable research and consumer insights across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive excellence in drawing insights from data and connecting knowledge bases
- Analytics and measurement capabilities using multiple data sources, use of statistical tools and models will be an added advantage
- Mobilize research on key regulations that hampers or stimulates innovation and research.
- Conduct an annual conference for identifying key research areas in mobility sector
- Conduct workshops as discussion forums to build awareness among educational institutes on mobility sector research to drive participation from institutes
