Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for ensuring that suppliers continue to develop and implement best practice that emphasise defect prevention, reduction in variation and provide for continuous improvements to achieve products' functional quality & organizations' targets.

- Lead & Manage the Quality functions & decision approvals from New Product inception to warranty analysis to ensure proactive culture to achieve Body Shells' Functional Quality & Targets.

- Lead & Manage to prevent non-conformances, customer problems, concession & rework alongside Manufacturing/Engineering & operations to develop corrective & preventive actions within time frame.

- Facilitate to provide Zero problems to customers.

- To Facilitate & Develop methods to stabilize vendor Manufacturing Processes (FL) along with Stake holders [ Study : Design / Manufacturing / Production ] to achieve & sustain quality of New products as per specifications].

- To Ensure Unique Procedures/methods to Monitor critical Production processes, Parts Quality To Ensure Safety/Critical Parts Quality [Zero defects]

- To Ensure Safety of Man & Machine by adhering all safety standards, creating safe work culture & environment, monitor safety check points, regular review & improvements

- Employee well-being- Team Spirit building, Morale Improvement activities, Strengthening week areas

- To facilitate Technical Expertise, Multi-Skill, Job Rotations- Technical Skillset develop / enhancement

- Manage Optimal Resources for Profitability, Value Addition thro' Value Eng. for Cost Optimization

- Prioritize & Plan needful activities to Achieve Func. Quality of Parts/Body Shell & Departments' Targets

- Coordinate with related teams for Cross functional tasks, Targets Achievement & Special event

- Anticipate abnormalities, Proactively Initiate Special campaigns to deliver Zero defects to Customers

- To Ensure all Confirmation Systems are regularly verified/adhered as per plan & take necessary control/improvement actions

- To Ensure Effective Monitoring of Critical points by all team members
