QC Manager - Assembly [HoS]

Education: BE /BTech Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical

Years of Experience: 12 -14 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Monitor the product critical parameters and set up management action plan in case of non-conformance

- Manage the inspection and monitoring mechanisms to assure defect free products reach PDI.

- Set up proactive quality management measures through predictive analytics of inline and customer defect trends

- Morale monitoring, Identify the shortfalls in morale indicators

- Negotiations pertaining to manpower changes/job changes

- Monitor employee attrition and set up action plan to manage within HR norms

- Safety compliance ( ISO ) - risk analysis / Standards approval

- Ensuring Specifications / Standards are to the System requirement, Projection to the decision levels for Revisions as and when required, so that Customer needs are fulfilled at an early date with better stabilized process
