Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EDMCS Specialist with 7-8 years of expertise to lead and take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDMCS configuration, solution design, and business analysis. This role demands a balance of technical and communication skills to ensure successful implementation and optimization of EDMCS solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the entire project lifecycle of EDMCS, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and delivery, ensuring timely and effective results.
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, swiftly implementing them to meet business needs.
• Ownership of Projects: Take full ownership of EDMCS projects, working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
• Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, ensuring comprehensive EDMCS solutions that align with organizational goals.
• EDMCS Configuration: Implement 2-3 full-cycle EDMCS projects, including configuration, solution design, testing, data integration, and overall system setup.
• Metadata & Mappings: Configure metadata, set up mappings, create multiple applications, and manage metadata and mapping attributes.
• Optimization: Provide innovative solutions to enhance existing architecture and improve the overall design of EDMCS.
• EDMCS Extracts: Develop and configure EDMCS extracts for General Ledger (GL) and Consolidation applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Compliance & Reconciliation: Apply knowledge in transaction matching, reconciliation compliance, and ensure data accuracy and alignment with organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-8 years of hands-on experience in EDMCS or related fields, including the responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of EDMCS projects.
• EDMCS Expertise: Strong expertise in implementing full-life cycle EDMCS projects, from solution design to testing, configuration, and data integration.
• Configuration Skills: Proficiency in configuring metadata, setting up mappings, creating applications, and managing metadata and mapping attributes within EDMCS.
• Data Integration: Expertise in developing EDMCS extracts for GL and Consolidation applications and ensuring smooth data integration.
• Reconciliation & Compliance: Deep understanding of transaction matching, reconciliation compliance, and ensuring data accuracy according to industry standards.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design innovative solutions for optimizing and enhancing existing EDMCS architecture and design.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and convey ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple EDMCS implementations.
• Familiarity with the integration of EDMCS with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party applications.
