Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and a functional expertise in delivering at least two HCM Cloud projects. Knowledge of other Oracle HCM products, particularly E-Business Suite, will be advantageous.

This role requires you to design solutions, provide expert guidance to clients, and ensure the successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud payroll solutions in a Managed Services environment. You should be comfortable working independently and have the ability to manage day-to-day application support and provide leadership on best practices for payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day application support for various clients.
• Offer training and coaching to colleagues and team members.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including demos.
• Provide expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps.
• Guide clients on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and its modules.
• Deliver functional leadership on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring successful implementation and management.
• Develop clear documentation and share knowledge with the broader Cloud community.
• Work effectively with remote teams and clients, ensuring positive and flexible collaboration.
• Demonstrate self-initiative and work independently, without supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with prior exposure to Absence and Time & Labour modules (preferred).
• Minimum of 6-8 years' experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of US payroll and absence legislation.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English.
• Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Must be comfortable working North American business hours (7 PM to 4 AM shift pattern).
• Strong ability to work independently and without supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other Oracle HCM products, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Prior experience in a customer-facing, consulting role.
