Business Development Officer

• 1. Client Engagement:
  Engage with automotive mechanics and retailers, persuading them to become users or stockists of our client s products.
  Educate mechanics about offers and schemes launched by the client, assisting them in availing the associated benefits.
• 2. Sales Achievement:
  Achieve sales targets for the assigned area, leveraging field experience and extensive market knowledge.
  Facilitate the expansion of the secondary retail network for automotive lubricants.
• 3. Product Mix Targets:
  Work towards achieving the desired product mix targets for the designated area.
• 4. Brand Promotion:
  Promote the client s brand through local activations such as meets, campaigns, point of sale promotions, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales of Automotive Lubricants.
  Strong field experience and extensive market knowledge.
  Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
