To primarily assist the Sales team, coordinating client interactions, managing sales activities, preparing action plans and schedules to meet sales related targets.
The position will be responsible for coordinating with new sales leads, follow up on sales quotations, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited.
Explore potential opportunities for achieving maximum business growth and initiating new market development efforts.
To produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
To build new relationships along with improving existing customers.
Should be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in proficient manner
Close Interaction between Sales and Operations to ensure good customer service.
May need to travel as per Sales requirement.
Desired profile of the candidate : -
Preferred Male Candidate age 35-40 years from Printing and Packaging Industry
Any Graduate or holding any experience relating to Sales or Marketing.
Good Communication skills both Verbal and Written.
Previous 5-8 years experience as Sales Coordinator/ Assistant.
Must be well organised and possess a level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
