Reporting to the Director, Corporate Technologies, the Workday Integration Developer needs to possess expert knowledge of all Workday s integrations technologies (EIB, RaaS, BIRT, DocTrans, Studio), to drive integration standards and to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions across all Finance and HR domains. The role will lead in the planning, design and delivery of discrete integration projects/ enhancements within the Finance and HRIS group, resources from other groups within Bright Horizons and/or outside consultants.
Major Functions/Responsibilities
Responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting Workday integration solutions with 3rd Party Vendors and internal systems.
Gather integration business requirements, design, prototype, build, test and implement practical solutions.
Work closely with key stakeholders to identify solutions for multiple Workday modules.
Create and maintain the integration deliverables associated with Workday implementation projects.
Integration work stream lead on Enterprise projects.
Lead cross team enhancements to create new or modify existing integrations.
Monitor, troubleshoot and fix production support issues.
Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues related to the Interfaces.
Ensure all internal processes are followed regarding ticketing, documentation, approvals etc.
Stay on top of industry trends, Workday Community, features and capabilities.

Education/Experience/Skills
Bachelor s degree of equivalent experience required - master s degree preferred.
3 or more years of integration and functional experience and knowledge in HRIS and Finance.
2 or more years of Workday integration, testing and functional experience required.
Demonstrated integration experience in Finance and Human Resources related domains, (General Ledger, Banking, Billing, Accounts Payable, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting etc.)
Knowledge/experience with multiple SaaS based Finance/HR technology platforms and tools required.
Must have a deep knowledge of service-oriented architecture design principles, common ERP integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of Workday s Integration Technology and Workday s Implementation methodology.
3 or more years experience with Workday s Integration Technology required, with Workday Integration Certification preferred.
Object-oriented programming experience, with knowledge of XML, XSLT, X-Path and other web development language preferred.
