Systems Administrator

Role Purpose:

As an Intune SME, you are responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management.

Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issue, etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience.

Work with various teams to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business.

Good knowledge of Azure Entra ID and O365 email migration will be an additional advantage.

Knowledge on MS-Graph and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.

5+ years of experience in the operation and administration of large-scale enterprise services.

3+ years of experience with implementing and managing Intune environment

Implement security policies and configurations to ensure the protection of endpoints through Intune.

Manage security baselines and compliance policies to meet organizational security standards.

Migration Experience of Windows 10 and 11 devices from On-Prem AD+SCCM managed environment to Azure AD Intune managed environment is must.

Package and deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.)using Intune, ensuring proper distribution and version control

Collaborate with application owners to streamline the deployment process.

Create and manage configuration profiles to enforce settings and restrictions on devices

Implement conditional access policies to control access based on device compliance.

Manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.

Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages

Shift Timing : 1pm to 10pm and 4pm to 1am IST ( Rotation )
