We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive -Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier executive talent and exceptionally good communication and negotiation skills.

Job Location: Coimbatore

Designation: Executive - TA

Experience: 1-3 Years in Recruitment

Responsibilities:

1. MBA in Human Resources preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience as Executive Talent Acquisition within the healthcare industry preferred.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
4. Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates across levels and functions (e.g., Operations, IT Infra, Finance, Admin.)
5. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry-specific challenges.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools/software.
