Immediate Opening for Manager - Talent Acquisition @EqualizeRCM, Mysuru.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager -Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier executive talent and exceptionally good communication and negotiation skills.

Job Location: Mysuru

Designation: Manager - TA

Experience: 9-13 Years in Talent Acquisition & Team Managing

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a Team of recruiters based in Mysore and Coimbatore
2. Manage and track the KRAs
3. Responsible for continuous training of the team.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.
5. Individually be responsible for senior level hiring
6. Constantly scrutinize the existing process to be replaced with more efficient and effective processes.
7. Deliver on targets to ensure closure of positions.
8. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with company culture, values, and job requirements.
9. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry professionals to enhance talent pipelines and recruitment strategies.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
12. Lead and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Qualifications:

1. MBA in Human Resources preferred.
2. 8-13 years of experience in executive talent acquisition within the healthcare industry preferred.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
4. Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates across levels and functions (e.g., Operations, IT Infra, Finance, Admin.)
5. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry-specific challenges.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools/software.
