Business Development-Techno-Commercial

The primary responsibilities of the role include :

• Responsible for planning, gathering resources, execution and delivery of assigned projects individually or as part of the team.
• Devise strategies and techniques necessary for business development and achievement of sales targets for the sector (Human and Animal Nutrition).
• Price offer / negotiation and contract/order confirmation for business
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of business
• Represent Synthite at important trade fairs and playing an active role in engaging the industry leaders on matters pertaining to food ingredients, animal nutrition products and their applications etc.
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned through customer visits, calls etc.
• New product/project management
• Responsible for collecting payment from clients
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction in the assigned sector
• Increase the Marketing Performance (Online, Offline, Print etc)
• Reduce Lead Response Time
• Proactively develop initiatives to maximize strategic profitability.
• Receipt of order and coordinate with Sales operation team for its timely execution.
• Update clients with relevant market information.
• Update clients with shipment information.
• Adherence to Business Continuity Plan.
