Job Description

As an Online Brand Protection Analyst / Research Analyst, you will be part of our Global Delivery team, assisting in the removal of infringing content from online marketplaces, fraudulent websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce sites. You will collaborate with Client Management teams to help our clients achieve their brand protection goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, enforcement, and report trends.
• Identify and analyze infringing content on websites, online marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms.
• Perform online research to assess removal methodologies for infringing content.
• Communicate with online marketplaces, hosting providers, and e-commerce platforms for takedown requests.
• Collaborate with Client Management teams for case updates, product knowledge, and enforcement strategies.
• Review enforcement reports, analyze trends, and provide insights on unusual activity.
• Suggest strategic improvements, such as shifting site focus, investigative targets, or evidential purchasing.
• Manage other program-specific requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience (Any One of the Following):

• Graduate/Postgraduate with prior experience in secondary research/data analysis in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or OTC/Consumer Goods.
• Graduate/Postgraduate with prior experience in Brand Protection as a Research/Data Analyst in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or OTC/Consumer Goods (minimum 1 year).
• Law graduate specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) law related to Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or OTC/Consumer Goods, with at least 1 year of experience in a law firm or corporate firm.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of IT and Internet Technology.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP), brand, and trademark issues.
• Understanding of e-commerce regulatory policies across different regions (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and deadline adherence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability to change and a proactive, reliable attitude.
