Job Description:
- The MINI Chiller Sales Lead is a key role based in Ahmedabad and will directly report to GM Sales.
- He has to target Clients from Project Management Consultants of Large Commercial Projects, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Theaters, IT Companies & Plastic, Chemical & Pharma Companies.
- You will be part of an emergent team that is responsible for expanding the MINI Chill sales network through Sub - Dealers for our business in order to achieve high growth aligned to the strategy in Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh markets.
- Position JCI York Brand of MINI Chillers to gain maximum share of business as OEM partner for key customers.
- Achieve Annual Target of revenue and margin for MINI Chillers Sales in Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh markets.
- Articulate market information (market prices, volume, growth, competitor actions, etc) and propose a growth action plan for the territory.
- Candidate shall be required to engage with end user along with Sub - Dealers to position MINI Chiller benefits.
- Critical Developmental work such as identifying, appointing sub dealers in the region.
- Work seamlessly with YORK Johnson Controls and other support functions to provide end to end fulfillment and experience to the customers.
- Engage with consultants in Pre-sales and basis of design.
- Sub dealers support on sales , service , execution , training , seminars , product promotion.
Required Candidate profile:
- You will be techno-commercial person with domain knowledge of B2C / B2B business.
- Strong knowledge of various cooling and heating solutions required by different market verticals/applications.
- Strong knowledge of Channel business KPI, operations and fulfillment
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Strong Business acumen with flair to build relationships ( Farming Sales approach).
- Strong knowledge on ROI calculations, product positioning competition information etc.
- Excellent people handing and communication abilities.
- Ability to build business on foundation of strong relationship with good experience and exposure of all aspects channel partner management.
