Designation - Sr. Project Coordinator
Experience Range - 3+ year
What is the work? Experience Range - 3+ year
- Coordinate the regular upkeep, updates, and improvements for websites.
- Track and prioritize website maintenance tasks, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the websites functionality.
- Assist in implementing updates for content management systems (CMS), and third-party integrations.Develop and maintain a project timeline, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure that all web projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the requirements.
- Communicate project status updates and any issues with internal stakeholders (marketing, design, IT, etc.).
- Liaise between various departments (development, design, content, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Coordinate feedback loops between users and developers for continuous website improvement
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or contractors involved in website maintenance or development.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements related to website services are properly maintained and adhered to.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Web Development, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in web maintenance, project coordination, or related field.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to managing issues.
- Familiarity with SEO, website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and website performance tools is an advantage.
