What is the work?
- Design and implement robust architecture for web applications using MERN stacks, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality, adherence to coding standards, and effective use of design patterns.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration into our development processes.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Minimum of [3-5years] of hands-on experience in software development using MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular) and/or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React) stacks, Next JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
- Deep understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Proficient in database management with MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
