Designation - Sr. Software Engineer - Artificial Intelligence & ML

What is the work Experience Range - 4+ years
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI chatbots capable of handling diverse use cases.
- Leverage Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning) to build and integrate intelligent chatbot solutions.
- Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) such as Llama to achieve optimal performance for specific applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement state-of-the-art NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, intent detection, entity recognition, and conversation management.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions deployed on Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize models for performance, ensuring minimal latency and high accuracy.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models, ensuring continuous improvement and seamless user interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance for AI-related projects.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on chatbots and conversational AI.
- Proficiency in deploying AI solutions using cloud infrastructure and Azure AI Services.
- Hands-on experience with Llama and other large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and integration of AI services into applications.
- Experience with MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps workflows on Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex AI solutions.
- Solid knowledge of conversational design and user experience principles for chatbot development.
- Experience in integrating AI chatbots with platforms like custom Chat, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Understanding of reinforcement learning techniques for conversational AI.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks for chatbot UI (e.g., React.js, Angular).
- Experience in multilingual chatbot development.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
