Chief Operating Officer - Internet/Online (12-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

- Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth through optimized sales strategies, focusing on all sales channels, including online, quick commerce, modern trade and general trade

- Oversee the development and execution of strategic sales and operations plans. Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure operational readiness for scaling and seamless execution of business strategies.

- Own the company's P&L and ensure financial performance aligns with set objectives.

- Spearhead the strategy for expanding brand presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Ensure that brand stays ahead of industry trends and adapts to shifting digital consumption patterns.

- Develop and execute strategies that maximize conversion rates, enhance customer acquisition, and ensure sustainable growth in online channels.

- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring the execution of key initiatives. Build a high-performing culture and manage cross-functional teams to drive business success.

- Identify and negotiate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance growth.

- Report directly to the Founder, sharing insights on business performance and strategic initiatives. Assist in driving the overall company vision and execution strategy.

Experience Required:

- 12 to 18 years in senior leadership roles in operations planning, sales, and e-commerce.

- Proven track record of building and scaling up.

- Understanding / exposure of leading a P&L and driving revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth FMCG/ food brands.
