Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager / Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail stores within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing store teams, and enhancing customer experience to align with the brands prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned stores by implementing effective strategies.
• Retail Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of multiple stores, maintaining high standards in store operations, VM, and inventory management.
• Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and manage store managers and sales associates to enhance productivity and customer service excellence.
• Customer Experience & Brand Representation: Maintain a luxury shopping experience, uphold brand standards, and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, VIP events, and in-store activations.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion prospects within the region.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor store performance, sales trends, and inventory to optimize business strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in luxury watches, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience in handling high-end clientele and maintaining brand integrity.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
