Role & responsibilities

Role & Industry : Store Manager in Retail Supermarket

Location - Fiji ( Outside India)

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 5- 7 years minimum

Contract Terms - 3 years

Work hours - Mon-Sat 8am to 8pm (Sundays off)

Accommodation - Provided by employer

Food - Self by candidate

Note:

1. Visa Fees & Recruitment fee to be borne by candidate

2. Air ticket to be borne by the employer

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Relevant experience of managing a supermarket of 30+ staff

2. Good English skills (listening, reading & speaking)
3. Extrovert, people friendly, and have leadership skills

4. Passport Mandatory

Job Description

• Collaborate with store staff, internal teams, procurement and warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Track and monitor movement and shelfing of goods
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Establishing good rapport with customers & internal staff

Salary (In hand per month) : Rs 50,000 to Rs 55,000 Fixed for 3 Years
