- Oversee Store Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of the store, including the receipt, storage, and movement of materials.
- Team Supervision: Manage and oversee the work of store assistants, store keepers, and material handlers.

- Offloading Oversight: Oversee the offloading process to ensure materials are received and stored correctly.
- Stock Documentation: Ensure that all incoming materials are recorded accurately, including quantities, batch numbers, and quality checks.
- Stock Audit
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a stock accuracy rate of at least 98-99% as per audits.
- Material Receipt Timeliness: Ensure that 100% of incoming materials are received and inspected within a designated time frame
- Staff Performance: Maintain productivity levels and low absenteeism.
