Executive Assistant To Vice President - Operations

HLE Glascoat Ltd. is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations to join our Anand unit.

Role Context: HLE Glascoat Limited is a leading manufacturer of process equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We are market leaders in Filtration and Drying Equipment and are a leading manufacturer of Glass Lined Equipment globally. We manufacture a wide range of chemical processing equipment in an equally wide range of materials for some of the most demanding applications. We are introducing new products in the market to cater same set of customers. Role Location: Anand, Gujarat

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President (VP) - Operations will provide high-level administrative support, manage the VPs schedule, coordinate operations projects, and ensure efficient communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the VPs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
• Coordinate projects and follow up on action items across departments.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in operations or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
