Responsibilities:

• Customer satisfaction throughout the working period.
• Develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve site success trial ratio and expand customer base to increase our market share.
• Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with all key leaders at customers end.
• Organize and execute with marketing campaigns for Process trial (On site or Maroli works) effectively ensuring the required ROI.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Core Performance Metric:

Timely conduct Process Trial, Site Service, Timely conduct commissioning at site.

Mandatory Requirements:

• More Then 2-3 Years Of as Process engineer experience in similar field.

• Engineering Degree / Diploma Chemical from reputed institutes.

• Ready to travel across any city of India.

• Ready for site visit maximum 20 to 25 days per month.

• Ready to work in chemical plant where equipment was supplied to clients.

• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C level leadership.

• Demonstrable experience as service engineer , developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

• Solve the customer problems at site following all the safety rules and regulations.

• Good command (Read & Write) over computer with Basic Word-Excel & PPT'n.
