Ball Mill Supervisor

HLE Glascoat is hiring for the position of R&D Ball Mill Supervisor at its Anand Works.

Role Context: HLE Glascoat Limited is a leading manufacturer of process equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We are market leaders in Filtration and Drying Equipment and are a leading manufacturer of Glass Lined Equipment globally. We manufacture a wide range of chemical processing equipment in an equally wide range of materials for some of the most demanding applications. We are introducing new products in the market to cater same set of customers. Role Location: Anand, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ball mill operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Manage and train a team of operators, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Track production data and report on performance.
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Utilize basic computer tools for reporting and tracking.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred); BSc/MSc also accepted.
• 3-9 years of experience in ball mill operations or similar manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, team handling, and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
