Marketplace business forms the core of Swiggy s business where we facilitate delivery of food from restaurants to end consumers.

Upon joining, you will be a part of the Finance controllership team. As part of the finance team, you will be performing month end checks related to various revenues, analyzing data to find and correct anomalies, assist in management testing of ICFR, preparing and reviewing monthly/quarterly accounting entries, the schedules and backup preparation for respective areas and making reconciliations for audit/DD closure.

Job Description

As part of the team, you will be required to

• Analyze and interpret data and prepare reports based on analysis. This will involve making amortization schedules, receivable/payable schedules, making reconciliations with MIS, preparing monthly ARD (Analytical Review Document to identify anomalies and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Perform end to end monthly and quarterly closure activities for the apportioned areas. Responsible for the assisting in closure of revenue related internal/ statutory audit requirements, ICFR and management testing of ICFR.

• Assist in ad hoc analysis on various projects and reporting of weekly/bi-weekly financial numbers.

• Preparation and closure of revenue for marketplace business on a periodic basis Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within and outside the finance team for above. Coordinate with Internal/statutory audit teams and DD teams for various data requirements for meeting the necessary timelines.

What we are looking for

• Semi qualified CA/ Pursuing CA

• Proficiency in excel.

• Knowledge of SQL queries is an added advantage.

• Must understand the business model of the organization.

• Ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
