Profile should have an exposure of handling real estate sales with a background in real estate.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
• Leading the team of Sales Executives/RM.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies & plans to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high levels of service standards and effective communication with all customers/channel partners
• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze the sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the sales process
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and other analytical insights for senior management.
• Curate events to engage with existing clients and attract new members.
• Work closely with the corporate sales team to devise strategies and execute in coordination with Operations team.
Qualifications:
• Graduate/MBA specialization in Sales.
• Strong background in field of real estate sales (Commercial/residential)
• Experience in leading a team is mandator
