Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Take ownership of the sales targets.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team's professional development.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, driving business expansion in existing and untapped markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling sales collateral and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the sales forecasting process to ensure accurate and reliable projections.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and major client engagements to secure long-term partnerships and deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technology advancements, and best practices in sales management.
  • Attending Events, Conferences, Business Meets, Trade fairs in expanding our global presence, networking with industry professionals, and identifying new business opportunities in diverse markets.
  • Proven ability to attract top talent and to build diverse, high performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of building and managing executive level relationships both internally and externally.

  • Aggressiveness and eagerness to close sales deals effectively and efficiently.

1. Age - Preferably between 34 Year - 40 Years.

2. Industry Experience Auto OEM/Auto parts OEM/Auto Auxiliary manufacturer, although
exposure in EV for atleast 2 years is a must.

3. Company Preference - Looking for excellent candidates from small or micro level companies,
people from startups with proven skillset in Sales are preferred.

4. Educational Preference - All regular academia, with maximum 2 gap years in entire career.
