SALESFORCE PLATFORM, CONFIGURATION, CUSTOMIZATION, INTEGRATION, DEVOPS TOOLS, JIRA, GITHUB, MIGRATION, DEBUGGING, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AUTOMATION IMPLEMENTATION, DEVELOPMENT, PLATFORM IMPROVEMENT, TROUBLESHOOTING

CERTIFICATIONS:

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR, SALESFORCE PLATFORM APP BUILDER are must

PD1,PD2 are plus

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce environment.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams.

Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are must and (PD1,PD2) are plus.

Knowledge of Jira, GitHub and other devOps tools are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with FA/designers/dev leads to analyze customer requirement and develop using code/config best practices

Migration of developed components using devOps tools

Collaborate with developers and QA on troubleshooting issues.

Identify improvement opportunities on platform and implement them using automation or other available tools.
