Senior Salesforce developer

The Salesforce Developer with admin skills will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and
customization and be involved in the implementation of Salesforce.com modules. The ideal candidate
must possess exceptional technical skills in Administration, development, and customization of salesforce
and integration tools and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, the candidate
will embrace and adhere to IT standards, processes, and methodologies.
Mandatory Requirements:
5+ years of technical development experience in Salesforce
Experience in salesforce platform optimizations and new feature introductions
Experience in Administration, development, and customization of Salesforce applications and
Integration tools
Ensuring data security by managing profiles, Permissions, roles, and sharing rules settings for both
internal and external users.
Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), Aura, VisualForce, Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform
Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
Experience working with Salesforce customizations, approvals, workflows, process builder, flow,
report, dashboard and process builder
Proficient in Salesforce data migration using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel
Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform, sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex,
callouts, etc
Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
Experience working in an Agile project team environment

Optional Requirements:
Salesforce Admin and Developer certification(preferred)
Salesforce CPQ experience is nice to have
Experience with CI/CD DevOps including using tools such as GitHub, Jira
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and
Optimizer

Comfortable with ambiguity and effective with minimal guidance
Salesforce CPQ experience is nice to have
Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications preferred

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience level 5+ years
Must possess strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and other
implementation activities
Experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training
Education: Full-time Bachelor s or Master s degree (Computer Science/IT preferred)
