Network Adminsitration : Configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting of Network monitoring system(Motadata). Configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting of all network equipment i.e. Sophos Firewalls, L3, L2 Net gear switches, Call Manager(NEC) & IP Telephony(NEC). Configuration, administration, management, maintenance of network architecture and devices between all 4 locations of Embarkment HQ.

IT Services: Management & maintenance of Big Fix Patch management system for all Microsoft s product and their security patches. Management & maintenance of Call Managers, Video IP, IP telephones & POE switches. Liasoning with respective OEMs (Microsoft, Motadata, BigFix, Sophos, Segrite Netgeat, Prostarm etc.) for services in this project. Management , updation & maintenance of AVS.

Certifications: Windows Server , Exchange Server administrator course, Network Adminsitration course, software management, Windows Server/ Network related course, cybersecurity.
