Travel Desk Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments using Galileo system.
  
• Handle corporate clients' travel requirements, including MICE operations.
  
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to flight changes, baggage claims, or room availability.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries via phone calls or emails.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and maintain records according to company standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role (travel desk executive).
  
• Proficiency in Galileo system for booking flights and managing itineraries.
  
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, policies, and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
