Corporate Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and meeting venues.
• Provide travel options and recommendations based on company policies and traveler preferences.
• Negotiate with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies) to secure competitive rates and discounts.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
• Provide support for travel-related emergencies and last-minute changes to itineraries.
• Maintain and update accurate records of all travel bookings and related expenses.
• Serve as a point of contact for travelers before, during, and after their trips to address any inquiries or concerns.
• Work closely with the finance and accounting departments to manage travel expenses and provide reports on travel spend.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with preferred travel vendors and service providers.
• Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends, technologies, and tools to improve the efficiency of the corporate travel program.
