Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge and exposure of MFI procedures and policies. Ensure that employees are trained in the required skills to complete their work tasks both efficiently and effectively, which will further lead to achieving business objective. Conduct Orientation & Functional Induction trainings and certification of candidates during induction period. Schedule periodic training sessions for employees in respective States. Conduct virtual/physical trainings for employees in SFO, CRE and RO roles. Monitor training material and Business updates to make amendments to the manual to ensure they are effective and up to date. Ensure that the Field team is updated with required skills to deal with client interactions on daily basis. Ensure that the Field team is updated with required skills for addressing client grievances and concerns. Ensure employee effective learnings through periodic interventions and assessments. Responsible for the upkeep of training centers and guest houses.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of learning & Development Strong skill of making MIS Reports (MS Excel) and power point presentations. Should be flexible to travel extensively in rural areas.

We are preferring MBA freshers

Also Candidate with Training background in industry (BPO,KPO,Rural,MFI,Non MFI,Telecom ect) are preferred.

Candidates who are working in Microfinance sector as a Branch Manager or Area Manager role can apply for this opening.

Candidate should be proficient with English and Tamil languages . If candidate knows Telugu and Malyalam will be added advantage
